  About Lake Mary

Lake Mary is one of the larger lakes in the Alexandria Area covering over 2,300 acres.  The resort owners of Lake Mary, invite you to enjoy its clean, clear waters for prime fishing and water activities of all types. Over half of the shoreline is still undeveloped which enhances the natural beauty of the lake. You'll also find that it is not over-crowded with boat traffic like some of the more densely populated lakes of the area. 

There are 8 resorts to choose from that offer a wide variety options and amenities.  Each resort's main goal is for you to have the best vacation possible. More information about the resorts is available below.

Lake Mary is located 130 miles northwest of Minneapolis and 100 miles southeast of Fargo just 3 miles off Interstate 94 (see map below) on paved state highways. 

It is also located only 5 miles from the city Alexandria which offers shopping, amusement parks, a wide variety of fine restaurants, theaters, nascar racing, museums and many other activities and attractions.
